It depends on what Windows system you installed.
If you want to reset local administrator and other user's password on Windows 11, 10, 8.1/8, 7, Vista, XP and Windows 2000, you can choose Vodusoft Windows Password Reset Standard.
If you want to reset local/domain administrator and other user's password on Windows server 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008, 2003, 2000, you can choose Vodusoft Windows Password Reset Enterprise.
If you want to reset domain account password (Active Directory) of Windows server 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008, 2003, 2000 or Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, you can choose Vodusoft Windows Password Reset Special. It also can reset Windows local password and add/delete user account without logging in.
You should download and install it on an computer you can access as administrator or you have the administrator password.
In Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, Windows 7/Vista or Windows server 2022/2019/2016/2012/2008, you need to install the program by running as administrator (Right-click the program and select "Run as administrator").

The trial version of Vodusoft Windows Password Reset can only display all user accounts of your Windows system, but cannot reset their passwords. The full version can display all user accounts and reset whichever password and add/delete user account you would like to.
